Born in November 1962 in U.S.A., Kirk Lee Hammett is the soloist guitarist of the group Metallica. He started his career in 1981 with the group Exodus. But he left this group to go with Metallica (The group had fired Dave Mustaine). Kirk likes all style of guitars, but he prefers speed metal and hard rock. Kirk plays with more than 100 guitars, but he has more than 500 guitars in his possession! ESP KH-2 M-II - Boris Karloff Mummy graphic is his favorite guitar, because it is unique.
